I can now clarify some uncertainties thanks to extra information I received.
The arrival of the “Light Personal Aircraft” term introduced new concepts that require restatement of some of my earlier comments.
Any errors in the previous article are a result of piecing together details from several meetings. Up front in the May 16th article, I issued a disclaimer that readers should be aware errors might exist. However, as was pointed out to me, many people may have read past that disclaimer and went to the subjects that interested them.
